This is the yuri chapter of the manga.
The ending for this chapter is really sad. It seemed that the girl was in love with her friend but her friend found herself a boyfriend. They had a sleep over few nights before and something happened between them. Then, when they were at school, she saw her friend with a boy, so she just hid herself and cried.
